Jerk Hummus


  • 1 can chickpeas or cannellini beans
  • 2 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Marinade
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Optional: 1/3 cup tahini
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Sun-dried tomatoes with oil
  • 1 tablespoon water (or more as needed)


  • Place cooked all ingredients in high speed blender
  • Blend and add more water as needed to get desired consistency
