Ingredients
- 1 can (15oz) chickpeas or cannellini beans
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Marinade (this recipe works with any of our marinades or hot sauces)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Optional: 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/3 cup tahini, fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon water (or more as needed)

- Blend all ingredients
- While blending add more water to get desired consistency
