Splash Of Sunshine Marinade Cooked Rice (suggestion: Basmati Rice) Optional: Green Onions and Broccoli
Instructions
Heat pan on medium high heat and add Splash Of Sunshine Marinade (1/3 cup per 1 cup cooked rice). Dilute with water Optional: add sliced green onions/scallions. Cook until green onions are wilted Fold cooked rice into mixture in pan. Mix thoroughly Add lemon juice (suggestion: 2 tablespoons per cup of rice) and broccoli

Orient Express Marinade (regular or hot) Cooked Rice Cole Slaw Mix Package (Optional: onions, peas, diced carrots) Olive Oil
Instructions
Heat a pan to medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until cabbage is softened Fold in cooked rice and mix well Dilute Orient Express Marinade with water (to desired consistency) Add marinade to rice and vegetable mixture and mix well and cook for another 5 minutes

Cube potatoes and cauliflower Heat pan to medium-high heat and add Namaste Marinade and dilute with water (1 part marinade to 1 part water) Add potatoes and cauliflower. Mix until all vegetables are coated with the marinade Cover and cook on medium heat for approximately 40 minutes or until potatoes are the desired consistency. Add more water as needed

Sliced Eggplant Jamaican Jerk Marinade Water
Instructions
Optional: Marinate eggplant. If marinating, dilute the jerk marinade with a little water or vinegar (for best results use apple cider vinegar) Coat eggplant with jerk marinade Heat a pan to high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Lower the heat to medium-high and add the water to the pan Add the eggplant in a single layer to pan and cook covered for approximately 15 minutes on the first side. Flip the eggplant and cook the other side until cooked through

Lower the heat to medium-high and add the oil to the pan and make sure the entire pan is coated with oil Add jerk marinade to pan and cook about 1 minute Optional: Add vegetables and cook 3-5 minutes Add cooked rice and beans. Cubed Potato, Onion, Carrot Jamaican Jerk Marinade Water (to dilute jerk sauce, usually just a couple tablespoons)

In a large bowl put jerk marinade and water Add cubed vegetables, folding the vegetables into the marinade as you add them Place coated vegetables on a large baking sheet. Bake approximately 30 minutes on 400°F
